What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both marketing campaigns and client-facing sales efforts:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Participate in face-to-face customer interactions, presenting tailored solutions
- Support lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Help organize events, promotions, and community outreach activities
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimization
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and improve engagement strategies
- Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking individuals who are driven, coachable, and excited to grow:
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with customers and in a team environment
- Interest in marketing, branding, sales, or business development
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
